Hotel del Parque
I just returned from Guayaquil, where I attended a dear friend's wedding. Staying at Hotel del Parque felt like I was staying as a special guest in family villa being spoiled and pampered. I cannot recommend more highly and wish that every city that I travel could
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel del Parque. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and spoke both Spanish and English. The massage in the tower of the hotel was a great location and very relaxing. The Zoo connected to the hotel was great and very fun to see the animals of Ecuador.
This is a brand new luxury boutique hotel with great historical significance. The property is pristine. The rooms are very large with huge bathrooms. The bedding and other linens are fabulous. Our reservation was for two nights and we extended for a third. Guests have private access to Parque Historico at all hours even when the park is closed to the public. The hotel includes two beautiful courtyards with great gardens and water fountains. The service is absolutely outstanding. This is an open air hotel but air-conditioning in the rooms and other enclosed spaces is excellent. Breakfast which was included in the room fee was excellent. The best Tigrilla's in Ecuador. The bread and pastries were also exceptional. The staff was so accommodating... breakfast can literally be taken anywhere in the hotel per your choice. There is a very nice exercise room and a beautiful library/honor bar. The location is Parque Historico and San Borondon gives guests access to fabulous dining, shopping and outdoor activities. I could stay at this property for a very long time and never get bored with all that is to offer in this area. In addition, we left following our three day visit feeling completely refreshed and happy!
