Day 1
Arrival in Quito – Historic Center
Upon arrival in Quito, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, explore Quito's Historic Center, the first UNESCO World Heritage Site, visiting its colonial streets, churches, and plazas. Dinner and overnight in Quito.
Day 2
Quito – Otavalo Market – Hacienda Pinsaquí
After breakfast, depart north towards Imbabura. Visit the famous Otavalo Market, one of the most important indigenous markets in South America, known for its vibrant textiles and handicrafts. After the market visit, continue directly to Hacienda Pinsaquí, a historic colonial hacienda surrounded by Andean landscapes. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at the hacienda, followed by time to relax and explore its gardens and atmosphere. Dinner and overnight at Hacienda Pinsaquí.
Day 3
Cotacachi – Cuicocha – San Antonio de Ibarra
After breakfast, begin the day with a visit to Cotacachi, a charming town known for its leather goods and artisan culture. Continue to the stunning Cuicocha Lagoon, a volcanic crater lake located at the base of Cotacachi Volcano. Enjoy a walk with breathtaking views and connection with nature. In the afternoon, visit San Antonio de Ibarra, known as the "City of Wood," where you will discover local workshops and master artisans specializing in wood carving. Return to Hacienda Pinsaquí. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4
Return to Quito & Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing morning at the hacienda and take in the beautiful Andean surroundings. Return to Quito with optional scenic stops along the way. At the appropriate time, transfer to Quito International Airport for your departure flight. For guests wishing to extend their stay, additional programs to the Amazon, Galápagos Islands, Avenue of the Volcanoes, Cuenca, the Pacific Coast, and Ecuador's exclusive historic haciendas can be arranged. End of services.
